The list you used to work from no longer exists

DfE withdrew "Statutory policies for schools and academy trusts" on 7 March 2024. Nothing replaced it. The duties did not go away — they were simply scattered back across the School Information Regulations, the Equality Act, the Children and Families Act and a dozen guidance pages that update on their own schedules.
